As far as I know, the appearance of the stone plastic floor uses four-layer processing. First Layer: its design and color uses hot-iron transfer technology, so its pattern never comes off. Second Layer: Primer Protection Layer. Third Layer: Anti-skid Layer. Fourth Layer: Wearing Layer. The biggest difference from traditional wood floor lies in its wearing and fire-proof properties, due to its super-strong wear-resistant polymer PVC wearing layer on its surface, so its wearing property is same as that of laminated floor. Because of its advanced normal temperature and cold-pressing technology, the floor has strong stability, without any change under various temperatures and moistures, which can be used in laying 200m2 floor without need of any floor strips. Cork bottom layer can promote its sound absorption, heat insulation, electric insulation, etc.

Stone plastic floor changes old-fashioned solid wood color of wood floor and limited pattern of ceramic tile, prints colorful patterns at random, and makes imitation effect of imitation wood floor, imitation stone, imitation ceramic tile, etc. Besides, in the space usage, unlike wood floor and ceramic tile, stone plastic floor can’t remain a number of gaps, so it is easy to be cleaned.

Stone plastic floor can be used under the conditions of various climatic environments and spaces, which completely breaks through use limit of the wood floor. For example, by use of its strong plasticity of surface layer, and various colors and patterns, it can be used as decorative materials of space background wall, and also can be used in creating colorful sense of space in the children’s room; by use of its waterproofness and moisture resistance and large area use, it can be used in some home space such as kitchen, toilet, etc.; by use of its elasticity and heat insulation, it can be used in the old man’s room to create safer, more comfortable living environment for the old man.

At present, there are a dozen of domestic manufacturers of stone plastic floor, with less than 3% market share. In China, stone plastic floor is mainly used in some outdoor engineering projects, and rarely in the indoor decoration. It is not because of quality and application of stone plastic material, but because that the customers know too little about stone plastic material. The material was born in Europe in 1960s and widely applied to many families in Europe, America, Japan, Korea, etc., which occupied about 20% market share and rose gradually.
